Indoor Air Quality Monitoring for Goodman

Goodman, a global leader in logistics and commercial real estate, is committed to creating sustainable, healthy spaces for employees and tenants alike. Their main goal was to enhance indoor air quality (IAQ) across their portfolio. They partnered with us to implement a comprehensive air monitoring solution with BEE Sense.

Steps Taken

After reviewing the weekly readings and using the benchmarking feature, we identified several sites with air quality issues:

• High CO2 levels exceeding RESET health thresholds during working hours
• Indoor temperatures above comfort targets (e.g., 26.78°C during winter)
• High pollutant levels at multiple sites

We analyzed the data and developed targeted recommendations to improve air quality and comfort, optimize HVAC settings, and reduce energy consumption.
