Experiencing wellness interventions at the Deloitte office within the iconic Quay Quarter Sydney was incredible! Alongside our founder Alessandro Bisagni, LEED Fellow, WELL Faculty, CEnv, inspirational industry and thought leaders drove a remarkable movement towards social well-being in healthy buildings.
The discussions emphasized the importance of data in measuring social and well-being metrics, making the WELL program essential for ESG reporting, improving GRESB scores, and attracting investors. Organizations are increasingly adopting WELL certifications, realizing their ROI and validating the program’s success. We’re seeing greater interest in applying the WELL at Scale standards across entire portfolios, extending their impact efficiently.
While real estate developers have led the way, there’s a noticeable uptick in adoption by occupiers and other sectors. The rise in WFH has highlighted the need to focus on the residential sector, and we’re excited about the pilot program.
We are deeply grateful to the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), for hosting such a meaningful event. Our thanks extend to the venue hosts, speakers from Investa Property, Frasers Group, Standard Chartered, Shaw Contract, MSD, e-LAB, NDY, and to Restaurant Associates for their fantastic nutritional offerings that kept everyone sustained and recharged. This event’s success would not have been possible without their contributions.
