About the project
BEE worked closely with CBRE to provide retro-commissioning services for IGIS Asset Management Group’s 34,313 sqm office building located in downtown Seoul, South Korea. This eco-friendly building met all of the technical requirements necessary to achieve LEED for Existing Building: Operation & Maintenance. BEE conducted an RCx investigation and analysis in order to improve the LEED building’s overall performance by optimizing energy efficient design features and improving equipment performance.
